I am writing to thank you for the class I took at Windermere Symposium 2004 concerning tax information for real estate agents. It is going to save me thousands of dollars in this tax year. In the class, you mentioned that the tax incentive for owning an SUV with 6000 pounds GVW might be signed away in a bill that had been talked about in Congress. So I decided to go hunting for my SUV earlier rather than later...As I signed the paperwork the dealer brought me proof printed from the internet that the bill had been signed (by the President) that day and that the write-off was gone! I had signed under the wire, thanks to you for the "heads up". Not only did I learn this...but I learned so much more that my accountants had not been telling me. For example, I formed an S Corporation this year and I probably would have just formed an LLC if I had taken your class first. Again, thank you! Everyone should take your class.
